GOAL: MAINTENANCE
The idea behind doing a detox for a full day is to give the digestive system a rest and to reduce toxins in the body. It ideally should be done weekly as a way of helping your liver deal with the toxins that invade us in everyday life.

GOAL: DEEP CLEANSE
The idea behind doing a detox for a 2-days is to go slightly deeper. It is useful if you prefer something more intense or find doing a day each week too difficult.
Because it takes longer it is suggested to reduce coffee, dairy, sugar, and alcohol in the week prior. Eating a clean-ish diet before a detox gives the system a head start because toxins will have already started being released. It also reduces the risk of headaches and side effects.

Focus and commitment are needed to do a juice fast for 3 days. If you have concern about your health, you should check with your doctor before taking it on.

It is advised to start your 3-Day Cleanse on a Friday morning and ending on a Monday morning, because allowing yourself time to sleep and relax is an essential part of the process.
